Marbles: The Brain Store is excited to offer the Marbles Brain Health Barometer as a tool to help you understand some of the factors in your life that may impact your brain’s health.

By answering a few questions about your medical history, your family’s medical history, and your lifestyle, this assessment will help you identify your personal risk factors for developing Alzheimer’s disease and other cognitive impairments. At the end of the questionnaire, you will see a tailored report including your risks and prevention strategy. This report will not be saved on the computer but is available for printing.

The assessment has been built around the concept of “evidence based medicine”, which incorporates the latest brain health medical research and provides you with the level of risk associated to each characteristic.

Please think of this assessment as a starting point for learning more about how different factors in your life impact your brain health. This assessment is free and is completely anonymous. The information entered will not be recorded nor accessed by anyone else.

Note: You can complete the assessment for someone else if you would like by entering their personal characteristics.

A few details about the test:

20 Minute Time Out Policy. If you pause for 20 minutes or longer, the system will abort your input. Because this is an anonymous test and your responses are not saved, you will need to start over at the beginning in order to complete the process and receive your report.

Print or Save Your Report. Due to the anonymous nature of the assessment, your results will not be saved. If you plan to review your report at a later date, please be prepared to print it out or copy and save it on your computer.
