  Marisa Co
Ms. Co is a 22 year veteran of the biopharmaceuticals industry and former executive director, global development finance at Amgen, Inc. During her 10-year career at Amgen, she provided financial and operational leadership in product development, strategic planning, manufacturing and commercialization. Prior to Amgen, Ms. Co held various senior positions at Allergan Pharmaceutical, Roemmers SAICF, and Abbot Laboratories. Her strong operational expertise and knowledge of the healthcare industry will support MCC’s efforts to develop new commercial channels.

Sharon Dugan
Senior Database Consultant, Microsoft Consulting Services
Ms. Dugan has over 25 years experience in systems administration, client server application design, network integration for multi-vendor environments, project management for clinical, research and financial applications, image analysis and network design, and relational database design. She provides hands-on database development, deployment and production management of database assets. She has served in various consulting capacities for Sutter Healthcare, Siemens Healthcare Solutions, Healtheon/WebMD, MedAssure, HNC Insurance Solutions, Rancho Los Amigos Medical Center of the County of Los Angeles, and the University of California Irvine Medical Center. She is instrumental in assisting Medical Care Corporation apply its technology to interface with other health care providers as flexibly as possible.

Dennis Fortier
President and CEO, Medical Care Corporation
Prior to joining MCC in 2002, Mr. Fortier spent 10 years with Bausch & Lomb in a series of international marketing and general management positions including Global Director of Strategy where he managed long-term business development for the company's surgical business. Mr. Fortier has an MBA from Cornell University and an MA from the University of California, Irvine.

Junko Hara, PhD
Executive Vice President, Medical Care Corporation
Dr. Hara oversees many aspects of the company's operations including research, product development, and long-term technical planning. Prior to establishing MCC, from 1994-1998, she participated in a development and commercialization of new electroencephalogram technology for early detection of Alzheimer's disease at BFL Inc., followed by the establishment of the Shankle clinic. She has a BSCS from the University of Tokushima, and a Ph.D. from Keio University, Japan.

Sam Ho, MD
Executive Vice President & Chief Medical Officer, UnitedHealthcare
Dr. Ho is currently Vice President and Chief Medical Officer of Pacificare. As a top strategic executive for the largest Medicare HMO in the country, Dr. Ho brings a unique understanding of the dynamics of the health care industry. He is also a highly regarded national and international health care expert and advocate. He has devoted his career to the improvement of health care delivery systems. He also has extensive relationships throughout the health care, pharmaceutical, and health insurance industries that will help further Medical Care Corporation's success.

Richard Little
Managing Partner, Venture West
Mr. Little is a managing partner of VentureWest Partners, a Denver based investment banking firm. He is the former Chief Financial Officer and Secretary of HireRight (NASD: HIRE), Teradata Corporation and Quotron Systems, Inc. His 35 years of financial and operating management experience have focused on high-growth emerging technology companies. His experience includes large multinationals to start-ups, with transactional successes in acquisitions, joint ventures and debt and equity financings, including multiple IPO and secondary public offerings for technology companies.

William R. Shankle, MD
Chief Medical Officer, Medical Care Corporation
Dr. Shankle co-founded the Alzheimer's Clinic at the University of California, Irvine in 1987 and served as its medical director for 10 years. He currently runs the largest, private AD clinic in Orange County, CA. In 2001, Dr. Shankle received the Alzheimer's Association's most prestigious honor, the Zenith Fellows Award, His findings on human brain development were reported by The New York Times (January 4, 2000) to be one of the most important scientific discoveries of the 1990s. Dr. Shankle received his BS from Stanford University, MS in biostatistics from USC and his MD from Brown University.
